Tokimeki Memorial 2 (ときめきメモリアル2 Tokimeki Memoriaru Tsū) is a dating sim developed and published by Konami and the second game of the Tokimeki Memorial series. It was released for the PlayStation in November 25, 1999 in Japan.

The setting was moved to Hibikino High School in Hibikino city, and the final goal is to receive a confession of love under the legendary bell on graduation day.
The heroines are increased to 13, including Hikari Hinomoto.
The newly introduced epoch making EVS (Emotional Voice System), which takes advantage of voice synthesis system, made it possible for the characters to pronounce the player's name, which is chosen by the player, was the topic of the time.
Furthermore, many new features were introduced, such as:the feature in which player's play in childhood affects the main story;the feature,which utilizes AI in each character, in which the player's behavior affects the growth of other characters;weather features, in which weather changes randomly and the player can play in different weather on the same day in each play; and at the ending of the confession of love, animation is used to move characters.
At the same time of the game release, the Web service, Hibikino.Net started, allowing game users to become students of Hibikino High School and interact with each other in virtual space.
This was a very innovative idea and users enjoyed active interactions.
